On 05/11/2022, Research and Development Division organized a qualitative lecture specialized in improving the effectiveness of scientific publication and selecting the appropriate scientific journals for publication. The lecture was presented by Prof. Dr. Hussein Al-Kayiem. He is Director of the Solar Energy Research Center at the University/ Universiti of Teknologi Petronas , Malaysia
